The procedure for applying for the building Licence is both complex and slow. However here at Exclusive Land & Development we are able to administer this for you.
Applications have to be made to the forestry commission, archaeological authorities, the local municipality and sometimes the Ionian Island authorities and central government depending on the project. Social Security (IKA) has to be paid for the workers during the construction, on behalf of the owner of the project.
The project also includes everything that has to be done for water, electricity and telephone connections at the end of the construction, as well as VAT payments at the local tax office
