EXCLUSIVE land + development is located in Kefalonia, Greece and has been established since 2000. During that period we have designed more than 500 projects, as well as the construction of more than 50 house buildings under the turn key contract. Besides we are the first construction company in the island to develop a block of luxury apartments. Apart from all the above our engineers supervise a big range of private construction projects.

The office of the company is located in the central square of Argostoli in one of the most historic buildings of the town. Our team consists of civil engineers, architects, mechanical engineers, surveyors engineers and designers ready to meet all the requirements of each customer.
